The O.G. Loaf
The loaf that started it all. Our O.G loaf, the Original Gangster, is a naturally leavened sourdough made with just 4 ingredients: flour, water, salt, and love. Slow fermented for maximum flavor, this classic loaf delivers a crisp golden crust, a soft chewy interior, and that sourdough tang that keeps you coming back for more.
The Cass
Meet "The Cass" our jalapeño cheddar loaf. It's loaded with melty sharp cheddar and just the right kick of jalapeño, nestled inside our airy sourdough. The result? A cheesy, spicy, flavor packed loaf that is impossible to stop eating! When Dough Dealerz was just a pipe dream Roxanne's husband Cass had only one request: "If you open a bakery, you must make a jalapeño cheddar loaf and name it after me. So we did! This loaf is bold, spicy and always a crowd favorite...just like Cass.
The Gold Rush
Our maple oatmeal sourdough loaf is made with hearty oat porridge and real maple syrup for a soft, tender crumb with a rich, nutty flavor and just a touch of sweetness. It's comforting, wholesome, and even better toasted.
The Crown Jewel
The Crown Jewel is our sourdough chocolate chip cookie . It's a bakery style cookie made with rich, nutty browned butter, packed with pools of creamy semi sweet chocolate, and finished with a touch of flaky sea salt. Crisp around the edges, soft and chewy in the center, and loaded with deep caramelized flavor, this cookie is everything a chocolate chip cookie should be. One bite and you'll understand why we named it The Crown Jewel. It's the star of our line up. You won't want to share them with anyone else...so you better buy extra.
The Sticky Situation
The Sticky Situation is a soft and airy sourdough focaccia layered with buttery brown sugar and cinnamon, then baked until perfectly golden and finished with a sweet vanilla glaze. Every bite is warm, gooey, and impossible to resist.
The Blueberry Lemon
Super juicy blueberries, and little zest from lemons all enveloped in a scone. Topped with vanilla icing. Did I mention our secret ingredient? Yup there's that too! These scones will definitely make your tea time anything but ordinary.
